Set up on line

Set up the reservation on line a week before we needed the space. Arrived the day of "Move In" and there was NO employees there...not a big deal, we called the number. Some woman answered and was clueless. I tried another phone number, again, clueless. I called the 1st number again and FINALLY got a gal named Harley...thank goodness she helped us out like a pro. Very frustrating to drive an hour with a big rig setup. Had no turn around available outside the gate, so we followed a car when the gate was open so we could at least get turned around...but then we were stuck inside for about an hour. PSA: Go to the bathroom before you get there. AND I guess they put in small print in the email, "Move In Day is by appointment only" so CALL before you head to the facility.
