Overall experience to date, completed 5 trips moving in: smooth, easy process; add pleasant" w/ friendly, supportive service & pristine, secure environment factored in. Disclosures @ check-in were straightforward - presented simply, clearly; I got important points 2x reading contract w/oral review by rep (lol! as a teacher, like that - good methods for comprehension!) & nice biz practice. Re: 4 vs. 5 stars - best value derived in limited search time I elected... 3 mos. 50% off promo > competitors' discounts; undiscounted rates viewed as better than many others ...but w/o more research, can't say more exactly how much of best available pricing I captured.
By default, 4 stars = paperwork completed in >10 min. ...great, if that's a company goal; ambitious, probably doable. 15 min. worked fine for me; service rep was pleasant, efficient; presented info clearly. My online booking showed a fl. 2 unit but on check-in, top (5th) fl. was offered as sole available. Rep noted climate-controlled environment to my hesitation, took my printed confirmation to another employee, saying she'd seen several erroneous like it coming only from online bookings. Neither knew why, but said it would be looked into.
W/several top-floor mid-day visits in outside temps nearing 100 degrees, have no concern w/ temp. levels. An elevator makes me indifferent between floors. Another customer, noting heat, observed an interior thermostat set to 80 degrees. Not my issue, not motivated to verify or investigate promised temp. levels. Satisfied & secure about my possessions in that environment. Overall, great impressions. Would consider future storage use for other purposes arising directly from this positive first experience.
