Facility great, customer service bad.
The people that work there are hardly ever in the office. I've mostly had to call customer service to get a hold of someone. Other than that, the place is great.

they should mop and sweep the floors when people empty the storages.
The customer service was professional. She was very help you nice and she answer all my question very kind. I really like going to my storage all of the employee working at this storage are professional kind and helpful all the time. Thank you.

Satisfied Customer!
Very clean unit that is climate controlled with elevator access. I was very pleased with accessibility from the elevator to my unit and also the handcarts which made moving in very easy. It took a while to be let into the facility because front desk person was assisting other customers but otherwise had a very pleasant experience. Thanks!
