Awesome
Good service, there is a good amount of space to be able to move around when you have to move big furniture,

There is an unloading dock that delivers belongings to the main floor. It is on the backside of the facility. The basement units are all very small and would not be able to fit any large items. All of our larger and common units are ground floor with carts provided. I am sorry that you are not a satisfied customer, please contact us if there is anything you feel we can do. I have had a pleasant experence, and I am satisfied with Sorage Land.
The staff is friendly, and they made many suggestions in an attempt to save me money. It is very clean and secure. I love the modified hand dollies they have to assist and expedite the loading / unloading process. The only two things I would change are to extend the accessibility hours and to be able to pay online.

Friendly, professional.
Facility is clean, security cameras every where, two hand carts to assist with moving things. Stairs are wide, clean and easy to use.
