They forgot a few details
Met our moving van at the facility this morning to discover a lock on our unit (no key was previously provided) and the wrong gate code. No one had told us to enter the star character at the end of the code. I was able to crack the gate code after several tries, but only because of luck. Fortunately, someone was working in the office before normal business hours and was able to remove the lock from our unit so we could start unloading. However, we'd already spent 10 minutes driving around trying to find our unit -- the unit numbers are inexplicably painted in black on the ground rather than clearly displayed at eye-level. Overall, it took us nearly 40 minutes to get started unloading from the time of arrival. But, once we got in the unit it was clean and just what we'd ordered. So, there's that.
