Super easy and legit
Ben from Factoria Storage was great about contacting me after my reservation to follow up without being at all pushy. Good communication throughout the messy arrangements triangulating with my moving company. Very easy. Facility felt safe and clean. Feeling great about my choice to go here rather than paying more for a sketchy dank place in Seattle proper.

this is the greatest storage facility and the customer service was A / I reserved a spot on line and a facility rep called me within 3 minutes to confirm with me that YES the unit was available and the price on line was accurate. I wish all companies realized that I was the customer like they did.

I love this place so far! Ben & Reggie were very nice. Ben gave me a tour around the unit and told me all about it, he was so kind. He made my experience very easy, non-stressful, and fun. I highly recomend renting from them. My friend who took the tour with me said "this is the nicest storage unit i've every seen!"
