Located at 1810 Richmond Avenue on a site formerly occupied by a vacant service station, the facility is scheduled to open in August of 2016. As part of the development, Big Tex will develop pedestrian sidewalks and landscaping along Richmond Avenue which will be “given back as right of way to the City of Houston and its residents.” Big Tex currently operates two other facilities in the Houston area.
Manley Storage is planning to build a 112,000-square-foot self-storage facility on a three-acre site at 18800 Pines Boulevard in Pembroke Pines, FL.
