Nova Storage Palmdale LP purchased the 85,955-square-foot self-storage facility at 3305 E. Palmdale Boulevard for $6.2 million, property records show. The seller was American Self Storage of Palmdale. The facility is operating as Nova Storage, which operates eight facilities in Southern California, according to its website.

Warren William Group of Santa Monica, recently purchased the 70,028-square-foot self-storage facility at 5002 S. Manhattan Avenue in Tampa, FL for $3.9 million property records show. The facility was sold by Conda George VII.

Scottsdale, AZ-based Badger 15 LLC purchased the 23,541-square-foot self-storage facility at 4065 W. Nevso Drive in Las Vegas, NV for $1.5 million. The facility offers 292 units and was sold by Fremont Mini Storage LLC. The deal was brokered by Al Barbagallo.

A local investor, MSP Holdings LLC, purchased the 14,100-square-foot self-storage facility at 226 Gorham Road in Scarborough, ME for $900,000. The buyer, a retired merchant marine, made an unsolicited offer on the property via broker Thomas Gadbois, according to Maine Biz. The sellers, Roger Sandberg and Vonnie Purington, are children of the original owners. The facility was 50 percent occupied at the time of sale.

A local buyer recently purchased Kiss Mini Storage in Lincoln, NE. The 29,000-square-foot facility features 120 units. Bill Bellomy, Michael Johnson and John Arnold of Bellomy & Co. arranged the transaction.
Houston-based Mangum Storage LLC purchased the 40,450-square-foot facility at 3735 Mangum Road in Houston, TX. The seller was Thorpe 2014 Family Trust. The purchased was financed by a nearly $1.1 million loan from Lone Star Bank, according to property records.
