The facility, StorAmerica Storage & Wine Cellar, was locally owned and managed. It will now be rebranded and managed by Extra Space Storage. The seller was represented by Matthew Duda of MJ Partners.
Compass Self Storage recently purchased the 124,000-square-foot self-storage facility at 9696 Virginia Parkway in McKinney, TX. This is the company’s ninth acquisition of 2017 and brings its total number of facilities to 78 locations nationwide.
