York, PA-based Moove In Self Storage has purchased two self-storage facilities in Lancaster, PA, for a combined $5.2 million.
The sellers were Lancaster attorney and commercial real estate developer Phil Wolgemuth and his wife, Carol, according to Lancaster Online.
The Spare Room Self Storage facility at 3630 Columbia Ave. sold for $3.2 million, and the Spare Room Self Storage facility at 551 Longfellow Drive sold for $2 million. The Columbia Avenue facility features 235 units in 23,000 square feet, while the Longfellow Drive has 147 units in 20,000 square feet.

The Hatcher Group within Marcus & Millichap’s National Self-Storage Group brokered the sale of a self-storage facility in Wadsworth, OH.
The 324-unit Self Service Mini Storage facility encompasses 40,765 net rentable square feet on more than 4.8 acres, with room for expansion.
The sale price, buyer and seller of the Class A facility weren’t disclosed.
