Storage unit rental rates in Arizona continue to grow in 2017, the third straight year of growth, according to our new report. The average monthly rent for a storage unit in Arizona has grown 15% since 2013. View the full data here.

While prices dipped slightly from 2011 to 2012, a surplus of storage space built up prior to the 2008 financial crisis kept rates relatively flat till 2014. Since then, population growth and high occupancy rates have continued to push prices higher each year.

The report also found that rental rates were highest in Scottsdale, where the average unit rents for $116 a month.
