Columbia, MO-based StorageMart bought a self-storage facility in Waukee, IA, for an undisclosed amount. The facility, built in 2014, was listed at $5.8 million. Bill Bellomy, Michael Johnson and John Arnold, all of Austin-based commercial real estate firm Bellomy & Co., represented the Waukee-based seller and found the buyer. The name of the seller wasn’t available.
The former Waukee Storage Masters facility, at 225 NE Venture Drive, features 462 climate-controlled, drive-up and parking units in 64,517 rentable square feet. The Waukee facility is StorageMart’s 21st property in the Des Moines, IA, market and the 201st worldwide.

Self Storage Capital Partners, a Philadelphia, PA-based investment and management company specializing in self-storage properties, bought a self-storage facility in Noblesville, IN, for an undisclosed amount. The name of the seller wasn’t available. Tampa, FL-based self-storage real estate firm SkyView Advisors represented the seller of Eagle Storage. The facility is now branded as Snapbox Self Storage. The facility, at 1998 Conner St., features 310 non-climate-controlled units in 33,590 rentable square feet. It sits on nearly 2.5 acres.

A self-storage facility in College Station, TX, changed hands in a deal handled by commercial real estate services company Marcus & Millichap. The names of the buyer and seller, both limited liability companies, weren’t disclosed. The purchase price wasn’t available. Built in 1993 and renovated in 2014, Storage Depot is a 272-unit self-storage facility on more than 4.5 acres near the Texas A&M University campus. The facility, at 11990 Old Wellborn Road, comprises 37,260 rentable square feet. Nicholas Ling, senior associate at Marcus & Millichap’s Austin office, represented the seller. Dave Knobler, first vice president of investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office, found the buyer.
Alcom Mini Storage in Cherryville, NC, has a new owner. An out-of-state investor bought the facility from an unidentified seller. The purchase price wasn’t disclosed; the list price was $993,721. The facility, with over 20,000 rentable square feet, has 123 traditional self-storage units, RV and boat parking, a rental office and a warehouse. The five-building facility, which sits on 5 acres, is at 235 and 243 Dick Beam Road. Michael Morrison, associate broker at commercial real estate brokerage firm Midcoast Properties in Hilton Head Island, SC, represented the seller.
Commercial real estate services company Marcus & Millichap recently closed the sale of EZ Storage, a 65,810-square-foot self-storage facility in Eastpointe, MI. Brett Hatcher, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s office in Columbus, OH, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. He also represented the buyer, an out-of-state limited liability company. Steven Chaben, a Michigan broker with Marcus & Millichap, helped close the deal. The names of the buyer and seller, along with the purchase price, weren’t available. EZ Storage is at 21500 Gratiot Ave.
