New York City, NY-based Andover Properties LLC purchased AAA Storage in Minneola, FL, for nearly $7 million. The name of the seller wasn’t available. The facility, at 995 N. U.S. Highway 27, contains 75,000 square feet and over 600 storage units. The more than 6.7-acre facility is now part of Andover’s Storage King USA self-storage brand.
Phoenix, AZ-based Wentworth Property Co. bought Accessible Self Storage in Phoenix for $5.1 million. The name of the seller wasn’t available. The facility, at 7111 W. Indian School Road, features 70,605 net rentable square feet, 723 drive-up units, 12 RV spaces and 144 mailboxes. The property, which sits on nearly 4.1 acres, now is under the US Storage Centers brand. Norman Herd of Phoenix-based Quantum Property Advisors represented the buyer.
An affiliate of Newport Beach, CA-based Dahn Corp. bought Keep Safe Self Storage in Arlington, TX, for an undisclosed amount. The name of the seller wasn’t available. The facility, at 7812 S. Cooper St., features 62,445 net rentable square feet and 11 buildings on nearly 5.5 acres. It has 445 storage units and 73 RV spaces. Salt Lake City, UT-based self-storage REIT Extra Space Storage had managed the facility. The property was listed by Ryan Clark of Tampa, FL-based self-storage real estate firm SkyView Advisors. The asking price was $5.5 million.
Marcus & Millichap’s The Hatcher Group, based in Columbus, OH, brokered the sale of AAA Self Storage in High Point, NC, for almost $1.1 million. The names of the buyer and seller weren’t available. The facility, at 3128 E. Kivett Drive, consists of 24,200 rentable square feet and 184 storage units.
