Zippy Shell moving and storage expands in Philadelphia
Zippy Shell, with 51 locations, across the country has opened a new franchise in Philadelphia. Zippy Shell of Greater Philadelphia will be operated by entrepreneur Stephen Masha with support from other key family members, including his wife, Ashley Masha. Zippy Shell rents out a patented mobile storage trailer that can be stored and/or moved across the country.
Public Storage CEO to speak at California conference
In case you missed him the first time, Ron Havner will return to the annual Self Storage Owners Summit sponsored by the California Self Storage Association and Talonvest Capital. The event, in its 14th year, will take place in Newport Beach, CA on July 19, 2018. Ryan Burke, an analyst with Green Street Advisors, will moderate the discussion with the Public Storage CEO. Havner spoke at the event five years ago.
