N.J. “Joey” Godbold of Charlotte, NC-based SVN Percival Partners LLC, an affiliate of the Denver, CO-based Argus Self Storage Sales Network, represented the seller.

An unidentified self-storage investment group bought F&R Grand Avenue Mini Storage in Peoria, AZ, for $2.14 million from an unidentified seller in California. The facility, at 8543 Grand Ave., features 338 units in 27,575 square feet. Jeff Gorden of Phoenix, AZ-based Eagle Commercial Realty Services, an affiliate of the Denver, CO-based Argus Self Storage Sales Network, represented the seller.

Eagle Avenue Storage LLC bought two self-storage facilities in Clinton, MO, for a total of $1.79 million from two unidentified sellers. Highway 7 Storage has 53,530 rentable square feet with 223 units, while EMC Self Storage has 15,024 rentable square feet with 117 units. Larry Goldman of RE/MAX Commercial’s office in Overland Park, KS, an affiliate of the Denver, CO-based Argus Self Storage Sales Network, represented the sellers.

An unidentified buyer paid $1.6 million for a self-storage facility in Bloomington, IN. The identity of the seller, an LLC, wasn’t disclosed. Southside Storage, at 4724 S. Walnut Street Pike, features 144 units in 21,600 rentable square feet. Sean Delaney, Jeffrey Herrmann, and Michael Mele of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller. Jeff Brawley of Weichert Realtors – The Owens Group in Bloomington, IN, represented the buyer.

Ladera Ranch, CA-based Strategic Storage Growth Trust Inc., a non-traded self-storage REIT sponsored by SmartStop Asset Management LLC, bought a certificate-of-occupancy facility in Riverview, FL, for an undisclosed amount. The name of the seller wasn’t available. The 695-unit facility, at 9811 Progress Blvd., features 53,525 net rentable square feet in three buildings on a 3.4-acre site. Michael Mele and Luke Elliott, both of the Tampa, FL, office of Marcus & Millichap, represented the buyer and seller.

Great Space Storage in Bonita Springs, FL, has a new owner. The names of the buyer and seller weren’t available. The purchase price wasn’t disclosed. The facility, at 11301 Bonita Beach Road SE, has 40,230 net rentable square feet with 329 self-storage units, 17 parking units and two apartments. The facility now operates under the Extra Space Storage brand. Ryan Clark of Tampa, FL-based self-storage real estate firm SkyView Advisors represented the seller.

National Storage Affiliates Trust bought Cecil’s Mill Self Storage in Great Mills, MD, from an unidentified buyer. The purchase price wasn’t disclosed. Cecil’s Mill Self Storage, at 20184 Point Lookout Road, has 54,135 net rentable square feet on a 4.06-acre site. The facility contains 482 self-storage units, and another 29 units for parking and miscellaneous purposes. Ryan Clark of Tampa, FL-based self-storage real estate firm SkyView Advisors represented the seller.

A joint venture between Irvine, CA-based Passco Cos. LLC and Osprey, FL-based Patriot Self Storage Management bought Private Mini Storage in Houston, TX, from a partnership between New York City, NY-based real estate investment firm Clarion Partners LLC and Houston-based Private Mini Storage Inc. The purchase price wasn’t available. The 54,000-square-foot self-storage facility, at 4217 San Felipe St., comprises 503 units, including 1,000 square feet dedicated to wine storage. The facility will operate under the Patriot Self Storage brand. Aaron Swerdlin and Kenneth Cox of NGKF Capital Markets Self Storage Group represented the seller.

Saratoga Springs, NY-based Prime Group Holdings LLC bought An Extra Room Self Storage in Midland, GA, from local investor Scott Ammerman for an undisclosed amount. The self-storage facility, at 6700 Flat Rock Road, has 65,175 gross square feet and 418 storage units. David Spencer of Atlanta, GA, vice president of Yorktown, VA-based The Storage Acquisition Group, brokered the deal.
