The facility, at 6140 Pleasant Grove Road, features 396 units in 48,350 net rentable square feet. Mark Floria of Pogoda Cos., based in Farmington Hills, MI, brokered the deal.
Storage Depot, located at 6320 College Street in Beaumont, TX, was purchased by a West Texas investor. The 58,970-square-foot facility has 506 units and was 99 percent occupied at the time of sale. The Loeffler Self-Storage Group, Inc. brokered the transaction.
Save Self Storage AR LLC of North Salt Lake, UT, bought AAA Mini Storage in North Little Rock, AR, from AAA Mini Storage LLC of North Little Rock for $970,000. The deal was reported by Arkansas Business. The 326-unit facility, at 3400 Industrial Center Drive, features 35,400 square feet on nearly 2.9 acres. At one point, the list price for the 30-year-old facility was $999,777.
York, PA-based Moove In Self Storage bought Steele’s Storage in Lewistown, PA, from an unidentified seller for an undisclosed amount. The purchase price wasn’t available. The 11-building facility, at 895 U.S. Highway 22, features more than 370 storage units and 51,541 square feet. The property sits on 6 acres. York-based Investment Real Estate Management LLC manages the facility.
Ladera Ranch, CA-based Strategic Storage Trust IV Inc., a public non-traded REIT sponsored by SmartStop Asset Management LLC, bought a self-storage facility in Riverside, CA, from Riverside-based Van Buren Self Storage LLC for an undisclosed amount. The 460-unit facility, at 3167 Van Buren Blvd., encompasses about 55,000 rentable square feet and sits on nearly 2.3 acres.
A self-storage facility in Waterford, MI, has changed hands. Marcus & Millichap brokered the deal for Secured Self Storage. The facility, at 4303 Highland Road, consists of 555 units in 72,125 net rentable square feet. The names of the buyer and seller weren’t available. The purchase price wasn’t disclosed. Malvern, PA-based self-storage REIT CubeSmart now operates the facility, but it’s unclear whether CubeSmart owns it.
