Columbia, MO-based StorageMart bought Air Station Storage in Virginia Beach, VA, from Virginia Beach-based Lefcoe Development Co. for an undisclosed amount. The facility, at 1889 Virginia Beach Blvd., comprises 565 storage units in 78,963 net rentable square feet and offers 16 spaces for vehicle parking. The facility sits on 3.12 acres. Ryan Clark of Tampa, FL-based SkyView Advisors represented Lefcoe.

An unidentified self-storage operator bought North Tahoe Self Storage in Tahoe Vista, CA, from an unidentified self-storage developer for an undisclosed amount. The purchase price wasn’t disclosed. The facility was listed at $4.1 million. Located at 590 National Ave., the facility offers 205 units in 17,895 net rentable square feet. The facility now operates under the StorQuest Express brand. Lone Tree, CO-based Gallacher Development LLC bought the facility in 2015, but it’s unclear whether Gallacher owned it at the time of the recent deal. Colliers International’s self-storage group represented the seller.

An unidentified private investor bought Big 10 Storage in Palm Springs, CA, from an unidentified family-owned LLC for $1.638 million in cash through a 1031 exchange. The facility, at 788 S. Vella Road, features 145 self-storage units in more than 16,500 net rentable square feet, plus 30 outdoor storage spaces. Dean Keller of Bancap Self Storage Group in Laguna Beach, CA, represented the seller.

An unidentified private investor bought Oak Cliff Bargain Storage in Dallas, TX, from an unidentified national self-storage operator for an undisclosed amount. The 2.3-acre property was listed at $3 million. The facility, at 3316 Hansboro Ave., offers 297 units in 38,800 net rentable square feet. The facility now operates under the Store Space brand. Brandon Karr and Danny Cunningham, both of Marcus & Millichap’s Karr Self-Storage division in Fort Worth, TX, represented the seller and found the buyer.

An unidentified out-of-state investment firm bought Ammex Mini Storage in Houston, TX, from an unidentified investor for an undisclosed amount. The facility, at 7723 Long Point Road, comprises 353 units in 48,810 square feet. The property now operates under the Extra Space Storage brand. Dave Knobler of Marcus & Millichap in Houston and Charles “Chico” LeClaire of Marcus & Millichap in Denver, CO, represented the seller and found the buyer.
