WCSS Vashon Island 516 LLC, an affiliate of Everett, WA-based West Coast Self-Storage Group LLC, purchased Island Security Self Storage in Vashon, WA, from Vashon-based Point Robinson Properties LLC for $9 million. The facility is at 10015 SW 178th St. The amount of square footage and number of units weren’t available.

Mike Patterson of Commercial Realty Services of West Georgia in Carrollton, GA, brokered four self-storage deals in Georgia totaling $5.52 million. The deals involved Patterson Storage in Jackson, GA, with 49,000 rentable square feet; Newnan Road Mini Storage in Carrollton, GA, with 11,000 rentable square feet; a facility in Danielsville, GA, with 29,000 rentable square feet; and a facility in Rockmart, GA, with 26,000 rentable square feet. The names of the Danielsville and Rockmart facilities weren’t available; neither was the number of units for all four facilities. Patterson is affiliated with the Aurora, CO-based Argus Self Storage Sales Network.

Go Store It, an affiliate of Charlotte, NC-based Madison Capital Group LLC, purchased two self-storage facilities in Hendersonville, TN —Avondale Self Storage and Storage Port — from an unidentified seller. The purchase price wasn’t disclosed. Together, the properties provide more than 60,000 square feet and 443 units, and both will be expanded by a total of 50,000 square feet. The facilities will operate under the Go Store It brand. One of the facilities is at 1249 Avondale Road, and the other is at 222 Molly Walton Drive.

Santa Monica, CA-based The William Warren Group bought Heated Storage at The Crossings of Federal Way in Federal Way, WA, from an unidentified LLC based in Seattle, WA. The purchase price wasn’t disclosed. The facility, at 35401 Pacific Highway South, features 722 units in 81,801 square feet. The property also has three rentable outdoor parking spaces. The facility now operates under the StorQuest brand. Charles “Chico” LeClaire and Adam Schlosser, both of Marcus & Millichap in Denver, CO, represented the seller.

An unidentified out-of-state LLC bought Maximum Storage in Lansing, MI, from an unidentified private investor in Michigan. The purchase price wasn’t disclosed. The facility, at 5600 Aurelius Road, has units in 745 self-storage units in 69,115 square feet. The 5-acre property also features outdoor storage for boats, trailers and RVs. The facility now operates under the Storage Sense brand. Tom Berlin and Zach Munce, both of Marcus & Millichap in Detroit, MI, represented the seller, and found and represented the buyer.

Hot Shots Storage in Wichita Falls, TX, has a new owner. The names of the buyer and seller weren’t available. The purchase price wasn’t disclosed. The nearly 2.2-acre property was listed at $1.2 million. The facility, at 1602 Texas Loop 11, offers 198 self-storage and parking units with 21,950 net rentable square feet. Chris Storm of Henry S. Miller Cos. in Dallas, TX, represented the Wichita Falls-based seller. Bill Bellomy, Michael Johnson and John Arnold, all of Austin, TX-based Bellomy & Co., represented the Dallas, TX-based based buyer.
