A three-facility portfolio of self-storage facilities in Michigan has changed hands. An unidentified buyer purchased the facilities from an unidentified LLC. The purchase price wasn’t available. Emeryville, CA-based Devon Self Storage manages the properties, which are in the Michigan communities of Ann Arbor (4750 S. State Road), Lansing (708 E. Grand Ave.) and Clinton Township (33985 Harper Ave). The portfolio, with 277,235 square feet, comprises 1,815 units, 170 rentable outdoor parking spaces and 32 office suites. Charles “Chico” LeClaire and Adam Schlosser, both of Marcus & Millichap’s office in Denver, CO, represented the seller.

A Devon Self Storage managed portfolio of three facilities recently traded hands in Michigan.

The LeClaire Group also brokered the sale of another self-storage facility managed by Devon Self Storage, this one in Philadelphia. The 71,614-square-foot facility, at 1831 W. Allegheny Ave., consists of 759 units, two flex spaces and one rentable parking space.

An unidentified investor from Redding, CA, purchased All-Preferred Mini-Storage in Redding from the Raudman family for $4.5 million. The 3.91-acre property, at 5632 Westside Road, features 530 units in 78,095 net rentable square feet, as well as a cell tower. Bobby Loeffler and Tyler Skelly, both of the El Dorado Hills, CA-based Loeffler Self-Storage Group, represented the buyer and seller.

A family sold a self-storage facility in Redding, CA for $4.5 million.

Cleveland, OH-based Compass Self Storage purchased two self-storage facilities in the Atlanta, GA, metro area for an undisclosed amount. The sellers weren’t identified. Together, the two facilities offer 1,338 units in more than 178,000 net rentable square feet. The facilities are at 4365 Commerce Drive in Buford, GA, and 282 E. Crogan St. in Lawrenceville, GA. J.L. “Chip” Mac III of Atlanta-based McWhirter Realty Partners LLC represented Amsdell.

Store Here Self Storage purchased American U-Stor in Pantego, TX, and Patterson Secure Storage in Jackson, GA. Neither the names of the sellers nor the purchase prices were disclosed. The Pantego facility, at 2020 W. Pioneer Parkway, has 869 units in 93,071 square feet. The Jackson facility, at 809 Highway 36 East, has 414 units in 47,666 square feet.

Alpharetta, GA -based Tripoli Management Inc., which does business as Storage Sense, purchased EDEO Self Storage in Fishers, IN, from Kelly Gallacher along with Gallacher Development LLC and SSV Fishers LLC, both based in Lone Tree, CO, for $7.5 million. The certificate-of-occupancy facility, at 10415 Allisonville Road, comprises 634 units in 72,650 square feet. Tom de Jong of Colliers International’s office in San Jose, CA, represented the buyer and sellers.

The Storage Center in Missoula, MT, has a new owner. The names of the buyer and seller weren’t available; the purchase price wasn’t disclosed. The 27,100-square-foot facility, on 1.72 acres at 1870 Reserve St., features 215 units. The facility was listed at $1.995 million. Sterling CRE Advisors in Missoula represented the buyer.

A self-storage facility in San Antonio, TX, managed by Extra Space Storage has a new owner. Purchase price wasn’t disclosed. The facility, on 3.37 acres at 12211 N. I-35, offers 784 units in 88,875 net rentable square feet. Ryan Clark of Tampa, FL-based SkyView Advisors represented the seller.

Columbia, MO-based StorageMart purchased Vail Self Storage in Avon, CO, from an unidentified seller for an undisclosed amount. The facility, at 41458 U.S. Highway 6, features 299 units in more than 16,000 rentable square feet.

A self-storage facility in Nephi, UT, has a new owner. An unidentified buyer purchased 5K Self Storage from an unidentified Utah LLC for an undisclosed amount. The 43,200-square-foot facility, on 4.02 acres at 425 W. 500 South, features 222 units and 13 uncovered parking spaces. The property offers nearly 1 acre for expansion. Jordan Farrer and Jeffery Sorenson, both of Marcus & Millichap’s office in Salt Lake City, UT, and Adam Schlosser of Marcus & Millichap’s office in Denver, CO, represented the seller. Farrer and Schlosser also represented the buyer.

An unidentified partnership from the Houston, TX, area purchased Bear Storage in Orange, TX, for an undisclosed amount. The facility, at 7808 State Highway 87 North, comprises 321 units in 35,830 net rentable square feet. Dave Knobler of Marcus & Millichap’s office in Houston represented the seller and found the buyer.

Charlotte, NC-based Go Store It, an affiliate of Madison Capital Group LLC, purchased Clover Hill Self Storage in Moseley, VA, from an unidentified seller. The 42,000-square-foot facility, at 16830 Hull Street Road, offers 348 units, as well as parking for cars, boats and RVs. A two-story expansion is planned.

Security Mini Storage in Gainesville, FL, has changed hands. The facility, at 4101 SW 13th St., offers 434 units in 44,471 net rentable square feet. Ryan Clark of Tampa, FL-based SkyView Advisors represented the seller. Additional information wasn’t disclosed.

Clark of SkyView also represented the seller of Sure-Safe Self Storage in Denver, NC. The names of the seller and buyer were withheld, along with the purchase price. The facility, on 4.73 acres at 1675 N. NC 16 Business Highway, features 459 units in 79,105 net rentable square feet.
