The Board of Zoning Appeals will consider the application of Rallis Holdings, which worked on the NorthPointe Standard redevelopment, also on Wade Hampton Boulevard. U-Haul plans a major renovation of U-Haul Moving & Storage of U-City in Spokane, WA, with a $4.5 million renovation of its site near Sprague Avenue and University Road in Spokane Valley. Metro Storage LLC has opened two self-storage facilities in the Chicago suburbs of Addison and Naperville, giving the company 23 facilities in the Chicagoland area. The Addison store, 1951 W.
