Rallis Holdings LLC plans to build a self-storage facility on 5,634 acres at 237 Wade Hampton Blvd. in Greenville, SC. The Board of Zoning Appeals will consider the application of Rallis Holdings, which worked on the NorthPointe Standard redevelopment, also on Wade Hampton Boulevard. U-Haul plans a major renovation of U-Haul Moving & Storage of U-City in Spokane, WA, with a $4.5 million renovation of its site near Sprague Avenue and University Road in Spokane Valley. Metro Storage LLC has opened two self-storage facilities in the Chicago suburbs of Addison and Naperville, giving the company 23 facilities in the Chicagoland area. The Addison store, 1951 W. Lake St., opened March 19. It has 744 units and 77,525 square feet. The Naperville store, 1752 N. Aurora Road, opened July 2. It has 575 units and 74,988 square feet. Source: Markets Insider
