Roosevelt Blvd., offers 55,000 rentable square feet. The number of units wasn’t available. Marietta, GA-based Southeastern Business Intermediaries LLC and Stuart, FL-based Jeremiah Baron & Co. Commercial Real Estate LLC brokered the deal. The facility now operates under the Midgard Self Storage brand.
New York City, NY-based Andover Properties LLC, which does business as Storage King USA, purchased Secured Mini Storage & Stow Away RV/Boat Storage — a three-facility portfolio in Mississippi — for $6.4 million from an unidentified seller. Altogether, the portfolio spans 132,000 square feet and 731 units in Ocean Springs and Gulfport, MS. At the two Ocean Springs facilities, Storage King plans to add about 30,000 net rentable square feet for self-storage and RV storage on a 3.8-acre parcel. The Gulfport facility is at 14145 Dedeaux Road; the Ocean Springs facilities are at 3532 Bienville Blvd.

Public Storage purchased Summerville Self Storage in Summerville, SC, from Memphis, TN-based Absolute Storage Management and an unidentified Austin, TX-based private equity firm.
