Bill Barnhill and Shannon Barnhill Barnes, both of Mobile, AL-based Omega Properties Inc. and both affiliated with the Aurora, CO-based Argus Self Storage Sales Network, represented the seller. The facility now operates under the Hey! Storage brand.
Skeeter Fillingim’s Chickasaw Storage in Chickasaw, AL, has been sold for $295,000. The names of the buyer and seller weren’t available. The facility, at 457 Thompson Blvd., comprises 79 units in 9,188 square feet. James Henderson of Bellator Real Estate & Development in Saraland, AL, handled the deal.
E-Z Self Storage of Lynwood, IL, has a new owner. The buyer and seller weren’t identified. The purchase price wasn’t disclosed. The facility, at 19600 Stoney Island Ave., features 650 units in 85,825 net rentable square feet. Ryan Clark and Parker Sweet, both of Tampa, FL-based SkyView Advisors, represented the seller. Malvern, PA-based CubeSmart now operates the facility.
