Philadelphia-based First Neck University Avenue LLC purchased Too Much Stuff storage in Little Rock, AR, from Jacksonville, AR-based Northgate Mini-Storage LLC for $8.325 million, according to media reports. The facility, at 2010 S. University Ave., comprises 574 units. The square footage wasn’t available. The facility now operates as Snapbox Self-Storage.

Compass Self Storage LLC and Amsdell Group LLC, purchased Route 8 Self Storage in Gibsonia, PA. The purchase price wasn’t disclosed. The facility, at 5301 N. Pioneer Road, encompasses 792 units (669 storage units and 123 outside parking spaces) in more than 91,000 net rentable square feet.

Louisville, CO-based Red Dot Storage LLC, operated by Sparkplug Capital LLC, purchased Sentry Self Storage in LaGrange, GA, for an undisclosed amount. The facility, at 1306 Hogansville Road, comprises 243 units ​across more than 33,000 square feet.
