Jeff Gorden of Phoenix, AZ-based Eagle Commercial Realty Services, an affiliate of the Aurora, CO-based Argus Self Storage Sales Network, arranged the $6.05 million sale of PremieRVehicle Storage in Marana, AZ. Gorden represented the unidentified seller; the buyer was an unidentified investor in California. The facility, on more than 8.5 acres at 7935 W. Tangerine Road, offers 462 spaces for RV and boat storage.
Dale Eisenman of Hilton Head Island, SC-based Midcoast Properties Inc. represented the unidentified seller of the two-property Plantation Self Storage portfolio in Bluffton, SC, and Columbia, SC. Matthews, NC-based Morningstar Properties LLC was the buyer. The purchase price wasn’t disclosed. The facilities, covering 14.85 acres, encompass 19 buildings across more than 165,000 rentable square feet. The Bluffton facility is at 1110 Fording Island Road; the Columbia facility is at 4411 Hard Scrabble Road. The facilities include traditional self-storage, as well as RV, boat and wine storage.

Ryan Clark of Tampa, FL-based SkyView Advisors represented the unidentified seller of Seminole & Heights Self Storage in Tampa. The name of the buyer wasn’t available. The purchase price wasn’t disclosed. The facility, on 2.09 acres at 1011 E. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., features 634 units. The square footage wasn’t available. Williamsville, NY-based Life Storage now operates the facility.
