Bala Cynwyd, PA-based City Line Capital LLC purchased the facility from an affiliate of Salt Lake City, UT-based Extra Space Storage. The facility, at 75 Brookline Road, offers 691 units in 77,965 net rentable square feet. The facility now operates under the Storage Sense brand.
Columbia, MO-based StorageMart purchased four Omaha Mini Storage facilities in the Omaha, NE, area from an unidentified seller for an undisclosed amount. The facilities encompass more than 1,700 units; the square footage wasn’t available. The properties are at 7900 Harrison St. in Ralston, NE, and at 15506 Harrison St., 13919 Industrial Road and 9413 I St. in Omaha.
The LeClaire Group of Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of:
- A three-facility portfolio in the Shreveport, LA, area. The portfolio comprises 3,250 units across 336,602 net rentable square feet. Thomas Parsons and Adam Schlosser represented the seller, an unidentified local LLC. The buyer was an unidentified private equity fund on the East Coast. The purchase price wasn’t available.
- National RV Central in Tucson, AZ. The facility offers 112,115 net rentable square feet of indoor RV storage, 5,100 net rentable square feet of drive-up self-storage and 7,800 net rentable square feet of service space rented to a third party. The buyer was 3 B Storage. The purchase price wasn’t disclosed. The facility, at 1485 E. Kenwood St., features 372 units; the square footage wasn’t available.
