The facility, at 1000 Hialeah Drive, comprises 1,007 units in 96,507 rentable square feet.

York, PA-based Investment Real Estate LLC handled the sale of Midway Storage in Harrisburg, PA. An unidentified private investor purchased the property from an unidentified owner for an undisclosed amount. Midway Storage comprises seven buildings at two facilities: one at 2246 Susquehanna St. and the other at 2610 Brookwood St. The facilities contain more than 95 units; the square footage wasn’t available.

Compass Self Storage, part of the Cleveland, OH-based Amsdell family of companies, purchased Premier Storage at Duncan Corners in Buford, GA, from an unidentified owner for an undisclosed amount. The facility, at 2240 Sparta Way, contains more than 165,000 net rentable square feet; the number of units wasn’t available.

Linda Cinelli and John Mulholland, both of North Branch, NJ-based LC Realty and both affiliated with the Argus Self Storage Sales Network, represented the unidentified seller of Berlin General Storage in West Berlin, NJ. The buyer wasn’t identified; the purchase price wasn’t disclosed. The facility, at 399 Cooper Road, comprises 50,237 rentable square feet; the number of units wasn’t available. A section of the building that originally contained 1,350 rentable square feet of traditional storage space has been converted for storage of records.

Mark Floria of Farmington Hills, MI-based Pogoda Cos. represented MP Assets LLC in the sale of Lions Den Storage in Chesterfield, MI.
