Tom Flannigan and Alex Ihrke, both of KW Commercial Minneapolis and both affiliated with the Aurora, CO-based Argus Self Storage Sales Network, represented the unidentified seller and found the unidentified buyer of KRT Affordable Self Storage in Columbus, MN. The purchase price was $2.2 million. The deal included two properties on 7.5 acres (at 13711 Lake Drive NE and 14042 Lake Drive NE) with 39,620 rentable square feet; the number of units wasn’t available.

The unidentified buyer is from College Station, TX; the unidentified seller is from Huntsville.
