The buyer was an unidentified private investor. The seller was an affiliate of Washington, DC-based Vertical Fields Capital LLC. The purchase price wasn’t disclosed. The facility, on 5.41 acres at 500 Mildred Ave., offers 718 units in 82,116 rentable square feet. Malvern, PA-based CubeSmart was retained as the third-party manager.
