The purchase price wasn’t disclosed.

The facilities are in the Houston metro area (Conroe, Deer Park, Houston, La Porte, Manvel and Pasadena); the Austin metro area (Dripping Springs and Wimberley); and the San Antonio metro area (Seguin). The portfolio encompasses about 684,000 net rentable square feet.

The Storage Acquisition Group (Yorktown, VA) reports:

Cowles “Monty” Spencer Jr. handled the sale of the four-facility Monkey Junction Self Storage portfolio in Wilmington, NC. The buyer and seller weren’t identified. The purchase price wasn’t disclosed. This portfolio comprises nearly 3,000 storage units as well as 458 car, boat and RV parking spaces. Carla Barnard of Keller Williams Professionals Realty in Asheville, NC, was the broker of record.

Bill Rothman represented First Capital Investors LLP in the $2.9 million sale of Almost Like Home in New Freedom, PA, to Axis Self Storage, according to the Central Penn Business Journal and The facility, at 224 N. Constitution Ave., contains 323 units. The square footage wasn’t available.

 KW Commercial Minneapolis reports:

Tom Flannigan and Alex Ihrke represented the unidentified seller and found the unidentified buyer of BBK Self Storage in East Bethel, MN. The facility, on 7.5 acres at 20563 Aberdeen St. NE, offers 87 units in 19,074 net rentable square feet. The purchase price was $1.7 million; the list price was $1.8 million. The new owner plans to expand the facility.

  • Jon Danklefs and Mark Diebold of the San Antonio, TX office represented the unidentified buyer of A-Max Self Storage in Spicewood, TX. The purchase price wasn’t disclosed. The facility, on 3.19 acres at 21012 State Highway 71 West, encompasses 47,530 square feet.
  • Conor Reagan and Adam Schlosser of the Denver office represented MJP Self Storage LLC in the sale of MJP Self Storage in Loveland, CO. Peter Standley and Boomer Beatty, also of the company’s office in Denver, found the unidentified buyer. Phil Gause of the Denver office arranged the financing. The purchase price was $2.4 million, according to BizWest. The facility, at 4321 W. Eisenhower Blvd., provides 142 units in 25,375 square feet.
  • The Hatcher Group in Columbus, OH, closed the sale of Mr. G’s Self Storage Mini-Warehouses in Daytona Beach, FL. The buyer and seller weren’t identified. The purchase price wasn’t disclosed. The facility, on 4.65 acres at 1104 N. Nova Road, features 794 units in 65,187 net rentable square feet. Malvern, PA-based CubeSmart now manages the facility.

Strategic Storage Growth Trust II Inc., a REIT sponsored by Ladera Ranch, CA-based SmartStop Asset Management LLC, purchased a 637-unit self-storage facility in Houston, TX. The seller wasn’t identified; the purchase price wasn’t disclosed.
