My Neighborhood Storage Center of Magnolia, which will have 700 climate-controlled units, is part of an under-construction mixed-used, retail development in downtown Orlando, FL. Liberty Investment Partners Inc., working with private investors, is developing the three-story property, which will include six retail spaces with a total of 15,000 square feet, a restaurant and drive-thru. It will be located within the North Quarter District and surrounding areas. The develop is marketing the project with the slogan #EatShopStore.

Uncle Matt’s Self-Storage is coming to 315 W. Branch Ave. in Pine Hill, NJ, with 13 buildings and 74,000 square feet plus another 1,100 sf of office space. U-Haul has bought nearly 6 acres for a site on the east side of Highway 380 and Loop 288, where it plans to build a three-story, 100,000-square-foot storage facility in Denton, TX. U-Haul also spent $4.5 million to purchase a former Kmart store at 1180 Walnut Bottom Road in South Middleton Township in Pennsylvania. U-Haul will convert the site into a company moving and storage center with indoor units. The former Kmart store has 117,800 square feet and nearly 34 acres. Also at that meeting, the commission will consider a self-storage proposal for 8040 Roswell Road. Harlan Douglass, who has built many storage units in the Spokane, WA area, plays to put up Airway Heights Mini Storage at 1346 S. Campus Road in West Plains, WA. The $5.8 million project would have 14 pre-engineered metal storage facilities, a two-story office and a 32,000-square-foot RV canopy for vehicle storage. His company, Douglass Properties, most recently built a storage facility at the former Joe E. Mann Center, 4415 N. Market St., in Hillyard.
