The LeClaire Group in the Denver, CO, office of Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of Sprague & Sullivan Storage in Spokane Valley, a suburb of Spokane, WA.

The buyer wasn’t identified. The sellers were Dean and Elizabeth Gravos. The purchase price wasn’t disclosed.

“Self-storage investors are increasingly buying in secondary markets like Spokane, and it took a solid, competitive effort to be picked as the buyer on this deal,” Marcus & Millichap’s Thomas Parsons said.

Parsons and colleague Adam Schlosser represented the sellers.

The facility, at 16104 E. Sprague Ave., spans 126,710 square feet. It includes an unspecified number of drive-up storage units, as well as outdoors uncovered parking spaces for boats and RVs, and portable metal containers for off-site rental.

The company handled the sale of Bird-In-Hand Self Storage in Bird in Hand, PA, to an unidentified private investor. The seller was Rick Robinson. The purchase price wasn’t disclosed.

The facility, on over 3 acres at 249 Railroad Ave., offers more than 20,000 net rentable square feet. It includes 35 rentable parking spaces. The unit count wasn’t available.

Ebenezer Secured Storage LLC purchased a self-storage facility in West Union, SC. Parker Sweet of Berkshire Hathaway Commercial represented the buyer and the unidentified seller. The purchase price wasn’t disclosed. The facility, on 6 acres at 170 S. Highway 11, offers 125 units in 26,552 square feet.
