Williamsville, NY-based Life Storage purchased three self-storage facilities in the Seattle, WA, market from Stor-More Self Storage, affiliated with Lake Stevens, WA-based Ray Moore Construction Inc., for nearly $40.3 million, the Daily Journal of Commerce reported.
The facilities are at 1802 A St. SE in Auburn, 2850 SW Yancy St. in Seattle and 1612 SW 114th St. in Seattle. The square footage and unit counts weren’t available.

Paul Boyle and Rick Danis, both of the company’s office in Phoenix, AZ, and Greg Wells of the company’s office in San Diego, CA, represented the buyers and seller in the $9.1 million deal for Dominion Verrado Self-Storage in Buckeye, AZ. The buyers, 20825 W. McDowell SP LLC and the Santa Monica, CA-based William Warren Group, purchased the property from Dominion Self-Storage LLC of Fountain Hills, AZ. The facility, at 20825 W. McDowell Road, features 524 units in 81,318 square feet.
US Storage Centers (Irvine, CA) reports:
The company purchased a self-storage facility in Middleton, MA, from an unidentified seller. The purchase price wasn’t disclosed. The facility, at 193 S. Main St., encompasses 780 units in 85,260 square feet.
Van West Partners (Denver, CO) reports:
The company’s VanWest Storage Fund I LLC purchased Marsh Harbor Self-Storage in Mary Esther, FL, for an undisclosed amount. The seller wasn’t identified. The facility, at 2193 W. Highway 98, provides 128 units in 28,800 square feet. The facility will be rebranded under VanWest’s ClearHome Self Storage management platform.
Public Storage (Glendale, CA) reports:
The self-storage REIT purchased two self-storage facilities in the Boston, MA, market. The seller wasn’t identified. The purchase prices weren’t disclosed. The facilities are at 671 Washington St. in Quincy, MA, and 1901 Revere Beach Parkway in Everett, MA. The square footage and unit count weren’t available.
