The Storage Acquisition Group reports the following:

Prime Storage Group acquired Self Storage with More in Mesa, AZ for $7.5 million. Purchase of the 780-unit facility was financed with a $7.1 million loan from Natixis, according to Commercial Property Executive. The facility is located at 5932 E. Brown Road and offers 91,569 square feet of storage space inside of six two-story buildings. The sales transaction was managed by the Storage Acquisition Group. Greg Vanlerberghe, an associate with the group and a partner at LevRose Commercial Real Estate, and group president and CEO, Cowles M. “Monty” Spencer, Jr handled the deal.

Marcus & Millichap reports the following:

  • An unidentified buyer purchased AAA Self Storage, a 74,750 square foot storage facility located in Cheyenne, Wyoming.  The property achieved an $8 million purchase price at a little over $107 per foot, according to The LeClaire Group brokerage team that arranged the transaction. Adam Schlosser, senior vice president investments, Charles “Chico” LeClaire, executive managing director investments, and Neville Rustomjee, Wyoming broker of record, in Marcus & Millichap’s Denver, Colorado office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the unnamed seller. The facility offers 517 drive-up units and 103 rentable outdoor parking spaces. The facility is located on 200 South College Drive.
  • Spartan Investment Group purchased Right Move Storage, a 126,985-square-foot self-storage facility in Fort Worth, TX. The transaction was arranged by Dave Knobler in Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office and Charles “Chico” LeClaire in the Denver office, along with Danny Cunningham and Brandon Karr of the Fort Worth, Texas office. The property was a two-story Macy’s Department Store attached to Ridgmar Mall until it was converted into a self-storage facility in 2019. The facility offers 1,070 climate-controlled self-storage units.
