West Palm Beach, FL-based Elite Stor Capital Partners has hired Sheila Reinken as its chief financial officer.
Reinken brings more than 30 years of financial experience to the new position, most recently as chief accounting officer at TV broadcaster ION Media Networks. Reinken previously held positions at Winn Dixie, vFinance, Burger King, American Eagle Outfitters, Levitz Furniture and Dole.
“Sheila’s distinguished track record and depth of experience will help guide our company as we expand our holdings in the self-storage industry through targeted acquisitions,” Elite Stor CEO Benjamin Macfarland said.
Elite Stor operates seven facilities in Florida, with four of them under the Elite Stor name. In April 2015, the company bought a portfolio of 23 self-storage facilities in Kentucky and Ohio from Storage Rentals of America for $35 million. Elite Stor is an affiliate of private equity firm Calidus, based in West Palm Beach.
