Lakeside Boat & RV Storage in Lake Havasu City, AZ sold to its new owner for $5.3 million on May 15. The deal was arranged by Jeff Gordon of Keller Williams Commercial. The property located at 930 Port Dr spans 64,040 of rentable square feet and provides 128 units next to Lake Havasu. Gordon is the Arizona and Nevada broker affiliate for Denver, CO-based Argus Self Storage Advisors, specializing in self-storage and RV storage investment properties. The Argus network has 36 broker affiliates covering almost 40 markets.

Madison Capital Group affiliate Go Store It Self Storage purchased a three-part Hill County, TX portfolio. The acquisitions will add more than 245,000 RSF and nearly 1,500 units to the portfolio. Marcus & Millichap

Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Fairborn Self Storage, a 65,514-square-foot facility in Fairborn, OH. Brett R. Hatcher, Gabriel Coe and Nathan Coe had the listing on behalf of the seller, an LLC. The facility is about nine miles east of downtown Dayton. It was built in 1975 and most recently expanded in 1995. It has 588 non-climate-controlled units plus 11 outdoor RV parking spaces, for a total of 61,790 NRSF.

The LeClaire-Schlosser Group of Marcus & Millichap in Jacksonville, FL, announced the purchase of StoreEase, a 63,280-square-foot self-storage property in Middleburg, FL. Ian Lindahl and Adam Schlosser represented the seller, Inkana Development in Alabama, and found the buyer, U-Haul. StoreEase has one single-story building with 444 climate-controlled units and 90 modified non-climate units. Ryan Lee served as the broker of record.
