Prime Storage Group purchased a self-storage facility at 8145 Connector Drive in Florence, KY. The CubeSmart-branded facility has 62,873 square feet of rentable space and 624 units. The deal marks the operator’s 10th transaction in Kentucky. The Storage Acquisition Group represented the buyer with a team that included Bill Sitar, John Cranley, Andrew Burachinsky and Monty Spencer, CEO and president. Ben Sirk of Sirk & Company, based out of Paducah, KY, was broker of record.

John Curry Construction and Real Estate sold the self-storage assets, totaling 823 units and 116,458 rentable square feet.
