Burlington Coat Factory, in Spokane County in Washington state, which earlier announced it will move from its current home at 5830 N. Division St. into a nearby former Bed Bath & Beyond store that is 84 percent smaller than the coat store. It will cost about $1.1 million to renovate the old space and install 926 units. Burlington officials have filed permits to convert the former home, a 140,000-square-foot site, into a self-storage operation called Burlington Self Storage. The 6.55-acre property is located in the Franklin Park Commons and is owned by Burlington Coat Factory Realty. Burlington has previously converted another former location in Derry, NH into a self-storage facility.

In Ohio, U-Haul Moving & Storage of Zanesville at 3742 Northpointe Drive opened Dec. 10. It is the 80th U-Haul-owned-and-operated-store in the state. U-Haul bought the 5-acre property in 2022. The facility has 996 units. Source: Yahoo! Finance
