Bluntly, I'm sick of surveys for EVERYTHING. Recently had a survey from a company picking up junk. Nonetheless, I elected to fill this out because, I was PISSED that aside from the monthly service fee, there's an "administrative" fee. Basically, a damn surcharge to pay the person, already being paid mind you, to open an account. Otherwise, all is fine. Let's remind ourselves....this is a storage unit. Let's not get excited about service over a storage unit!
