Friendly and helpful
I went in a couple days before my move to get all the paperwork out of the way. Although it took a while to get everything done, the woman that helped me was very friendly.
On the day of my move, my movers told me my unit wasn't big enough. The staff quickly and efficiently transferred me to a bigger unit.
