Decent Facility - Watch Out for Extra Charges
The facility is decent and what I expected - no glitz, glamour or shiny this and that, just basic storage/warehouse and workshop spaces, which suits my needs ... BUT be prepared for extra charges. On the day of rental/move-in a security deposit equal to the rental amount was added that I was not informed of at ANY time prior to move-in and was not prepared to pay (and I had received 4-5 confirmation & reminder e-mails before move-in). Don't know if this is an issure with Sparefoot or the complex, but I have NEVER paid a security deposit in over 15 years of renting storage units (and neither have several friends that I talked to about this situation). Not a very good way to do business!
