Brenda & Missy are what GREAT customer service is supposed to be about. They went above, beyond and I truly appreciate your company for these types of employees.
Second to none in customer service!
I would like to offer my accommodation to one of your employees. Her name is Melissa Layton who operates your Stuart facility. We have dealt with Melissa on numerous occasions and she is second to none in customer service. As a result, we will continue to use U-Store-It storage.
She is the reason we came here!
Miss Melissa was very helpful & accommodating. Showed us more than one unit so we could truly get an idea of what would suit our needs. We had been using U-Store-It for boat storage but needed a storage unit. - She is the reason we came here!
