Hunter Robey and Chris Travis, self-storage investment specialists in the Tampa, FL office of Marcus & Millichap, had the listing to market the property. They also found the buyer. The facilities sit on a combined 9.56 acres over four parcels less than 1.5 miles apart.
SkyView Advisors, based in Tampa, FL, finished a 67,000 NRSF self-storage transaction in which an undisclosed buyer purchased East Woodmen Self Storage at 7115 Forest Meadows Ave. in Colorado Springs. The facility has 22,780 RSF and 108 units of drive-up, climate-controlled and portable container units. Haugen and his team had the listing and also found the buyer.
