The portfolio, located near Tallahassee, includes four properties. Hunter Robey and Chris Travis, self-storage investment specialists in the Tampa, FL office of Marcus & Millichap, had the listing to market the property. They also found the buyer. The facilities sit on a combined 9.56 acres over four parcels less than 1.5 miles apart.
SkyView Advisors, based in Tampa, FL, finished a 67,000 NRSF self-storage transaction in which an undisclosed buyer purchased East Woodmen Self Storage at 7115 Forest Meadows Ave. in Colorado Springs. Matt Haugen, Alex Ihrke, Nathan Gottlieb and Tom Lanigan of Area Commercial Real Estate Services announced the sale of Davenport Storage Center in Davenport, IA. The facility has 22,780 RSF and 108 units of drive-up, climate-controlled and portable container units. Haugen and his team had the listing and also found the buyer.
