The Storage Acquisition Group facilitated the $20.5 million sale of River Rock Storage located at 4220 Forbes Road, Gastonia, NC. Jonathan Spencer, Scott Heckert and Jonathan Spencer of Storage Acquisition Group helped seal the deal. River Rock Storage has 124,374 square feet spread across 631 storage units on 11.20 acres. Buyer and seller identities were not disclosed.

Oakside Cos. announced two property sales that it helped put together:
- Morning Star purchased Sure Safe Moving & Storage, at 7872 NC Highway 150 E. Terrell, NC, for an undisclosed price. The seller wasn’t revealed. Cameron Vale and the Oakside team worked the deal. Sure Safe has two three-story buildings spread across 70,125 NRSF. It has 508 units, including climate-controlled, non-climate-controlled, and uncovered and covered parking.
- Regional 1031 Partnership purchased Extra Space Storage (managed), at 1909 Boiling Springs Road in Boiling Springs, SC, from a private seller for an undisclosed price. Cameron Vale and the Oakside team handled this transaction. Sure Safe has eight buildings spread across 67,720 NRSF. It has 506 units, including climate-controlled, non-climate-controlled, and uncovered and covered parking (below).
Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of Affordable Self Storage in Denton, TX. It has 332 units. The property was built in 1973 and totals 47,108 NRSF. Danny Cunningham and Brandon Karr of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a local private investor. A Chicago-based investment firm was the buyer. Source: RE Business Online
