- Simply Stor-It in Mitchell, SD. It has 109,410 rental square feet, including 25,995 square feet of climate-controlled units. Caroline Holliday, associate, and Hunter Molnar, managing director for Storage Exchange, helped close the deal.
- All Around Storage, with 94,292 square feet in Athens, TX and at 100% physical occupancy. Liam Duddy, director of investment sales for Storage Exchange, represented the seller.
- Greenkey Storage, which includes 14,575 square feet of rentable storage in the Northline submarket of Houston, TX. Duddy facilitated the sale. Jennifer D. Stein, founder and CEO of JDS Ral Estate Services Inc., listed the properties.
