There is NO person at the facility to answer questions or give assistance.
On Western there are three separate facilities Box 4, Box 5, and Box 6 very close together. I called to find out which facility I was to be in. The lady told me I had to pay before I could see my unit. I paid and she told me how to get into the gate. I was told when I made my Reservation that I would be on the ground level. When I FINALLY found the right building, after over two hours, my unit was on the second floor. There was an elevator, but I could not get it to work. I reloaded my car and went home. I called to report the problem. Two days later I was told it was working. I loaded the car and went there. The elevator did work but the sign on it said people could not ride on it and I had to climb up to meet my property. I am 75 and have an arthritic knee. The unit door wouldn't open! It was stuck. I reloaded my car and started to leave when I saw a vehicle with your Logo. I chased after it and the woman graciously came back with me and got the door open. I can only hope It will open when I take more boxes to put in it.
