No lights in the unit
No lights in the unit. Two light bulbs but both were burned out. Also no string on one of the lights so I could reach the light to turn it on. I asked about the lights and was told they could send in a work order but didn't know how long it would take for them to get it done. I asked them about some light bulbs but they said they didn't have a ladder so they could fix my problem. I'm paying over 200.00 a month for this unit and I can't use it after dark. That's the only reason I gave them 4 stars, if not for that problem I would have given them a 5.

The service is fast and friendly and the units are secure. Unfortunately, the gate has restricted access hours, and while they are relatively wide, 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., they do cut in till when you might be able to use your unit. I, for instance, work from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., which eliminates much of the useful time to move things into or out of the unit. Beyond that, rent is always due on the first of the month, which means if you are buying a unit for 30 days you will probably have to pay for 2 months. It doesn't make much sense to me that this pay schedule couldn't be flexible, but there you have it. Good location relative to campus and access to 485, difficult to make left turns out of the complex.
