Customer Service in person is alot better than over the phone
It appears as if you are not in person, then you don't deserve good customer service. I was called before, during, and after my purchase for various reasons. Each and every time they said my name wrong. I corrected them each time, and it was like they all received the same instructions on how to reply (And yes they were different employees each time), because all they said was "Uh huh" and kept on with their comments. It became so frustrating, that after the last (and I believe fourth call), after the same situation happened again and we got off the phone, I actually called back, and told the individual how all of them said my name wrong (although they stated it was spelled correctly on whatever they were looking at),and after I corrected them, I at least didn't get an "Oh i'm sorry" (and then the proper pronunciation. I shared my view on how to properly handle mispronunciation of names, and I hope it was taken into consideration. If this seems minute to the surveyors, I apologize, but you asked.
