ok customer service but could be better
I think I came home with some pretty big spiders. Put your boxes in bags and close them up tight for sure; and so much dirt gets in there too. I bought a mattress cover late Sept. but never used it and couldn't get to the office to return it until the first week in November. They wouldn't let me return it because it was over 1 month that I had purchased it. ( like 10 days over) I NEEDED THAT $10 TO CLOSE MY STORAGE UNITS. THAT WAS ALL I HAD. BECAUSE I COULDN'T RETURN IT THAT DAY I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL PAYDAY , SO MY BILL WENT UP TO $40. I waited there 25 minutes that day because the 1 attendant they have working was on lunch and " I take lunch when I can regardless of what the time says on the front window, so you would've had to wait anyway". There's only one person working at all times so if they're busy showing a customer a unit and you want to pay your bill, you just have to wait. ( and hope they don't decide to go to lunch first) you have to buy their cylinder locks which run about $7.00 at the hardware store but they charge you $20 for one. So after purchasing the lock, and insurance and all the other fees you really aren't getting " your first month rent for $1". other than all that, I feel pretty safe there and have seen other storage facilities that are 'inside' and I don't like those at all, very creepy and dangerous. so I gave this place 3 stars and I think that's fair and hope they work on better customer service.
