Very pleased, but...
Everything was great about the experience (the initial online set up, the folks in the office, and the space itself). However, we were not sure if our homeowner's policy provided coverage, and couldn't call our insurance company as it was Sunday, so we signed up for the Public Storage insurance. When we confirmed on Monday that we do have that coverage, I had to drive back to the location to sign the iPad declining coverage. That was a huge inconvenience. You guys should make it so that this can be done online.

Elevator is not working well
Elevator is not working well. I've been to the facility twice. The elevator came after Oahu g the button 4 times. The elevator didn't work at all during my second visit. I am not sure it will be working when the movers bring my goods to be stored later this week.

Do not feel valued as a customer
My initial experience was positive, but deteriorated when there was a problem. I lost my key to the unit, reported it and was told that I would need to wait until the end of the month when the locks would be broken and mine could be changed. So I waited and at the end of the month when I went to check, the lock had not been changed. I was told the person who was to break the lock did not come because there was only one lock (mine) to change. I was shocked that my one account did not matter. So far the situation has not been corrected. Very Disappointed.
