Extremely helpful on registration,well trained employees.
Except for an occasional (twice) wait when I came to pay my bill,(once for such a long time I left, and did not pay on time as a result). Also I was not notified of an increase in my rent.

Glitched Online System
Lisa - property manager - was great. Very personable, concerned, eager to help and very professional and courteous. Sabeth (?) -- customer service representative at your customer call center was also very helpful, courteous, patient and professional. What prevented me from rating 5 stars is your online support system ... which evidently is STILL not working because I can't log into my account, which Lisa swears is completed and set-up, but Sabeth can not seem to find ... nor can I log into it. Evidently there is an account but no one has access to it. My e-mail address keeps triggering an error message that it is "unacceptable." Supposedly an "IT Ticket" has been triggered to investigate this glitch, and I am supposed to receive an e-mail that says everything is "fixed." But to this date, I have heard nothing. Lisa mentioned that she had received a couple other complaints from customers about this same issue.
